This means that if any issues arise due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the affected products free of charge for up to 10 years from the date of installation. Specifically, our guarantees cover a range of potential issues. For uPVC casement and tilt-turn windows, we provide a 10-year guarantee against discoloration of the profiles, ensuring they maintain their appearance for years to come. Similarly, our sealed units come with a 10-year guarantee against fogging or condensation forming between the panes, keeping your windows clear and functional.
Aluminium window profiles are also protected, with a 10-year guarantee against discoloration, so your home continues to look stylish and well-maintained. Additionally, integral blind mechanisms are covered for 5 years, ensuring smooth operation and long-lasting performance. It is important to note that our guarantee does not extend to glass breakage, locks, hinges, or any issues that may occur after the completion of the installation. The guarantee also excludes any access equipment, such as cranes or scaffolding, used during the installation process.
